The staff were friendly and accommodating.
My room was in a deplorable state. The bathroom sink wouldn't drain, causing an unbearable odor. I found dirt and stains all over the furniture, which only added to my discomfort.

Spotless room with a comfortable bed, 3 prepackaged pastries and AC, and smoke detectors too for guests' safety. Helpful staff providing excellent services. Stunning, favourable location in the fairly nice area.
Really noisy room.

I loved the fact I came back to the hotel and there were clean towels and the trash had been taken out. The room was always comfortable and I felt my things were safe.
It was located next to a bar and grill and a busy street but otherwise it was great.

The hotel is a great hotel for the value. The bed is a good size. The cleaning staff was great. The hotel had a pool to enjoy.
The only complaint is breakfast. The free breakfast didnt have much to it. I do not like wheat bread which was the only bread for toast. The free breakfast could have provided more choices. Also the time I wish that it started at 6 am since the hotel is close to a Camp Pendleton a marine corp base instead of 7 am.

I appreciated the lovely decor and the easy wheelchair accessibility throughout the Fallbrook Country Inn, making it convenient for seniors like me to navigate the beautiful grounds and enjoy the lovely pool area.
More comfortable seating in common areas would be nice.

What I liked best would be the service. Even though it had new owners, they went out of their way to accommodate us when the fordable bed broke. Seeing how the cot was inherited from the previous owners (the new owners have owned it for 1 week) and every little fixture in the rooms had been updated recently (new windows, shower curtains, bedding, etc). I believe it was the best possible hotel to stay if you need to stay in the Fallbrook area. It also is right across the street from a bar that has very decent live music as well as 3 pool tables and cheap drinks.
Possibly the lack of warm options with the breakfast, but for the price it was actually very varied. The "continental" breakfast included drinks (milk, coffee, OJ, tea), powder doughnuts, bread (w/ toaster), and 2 different types of cereal. When the worst thing about a hotel is that... it says a lot about the quality of everything else that really matters.

The local eats are a gem here! Robertitos Mexican Food is just a hop away and hits the spot for tacos. Plus, parking right at my door? Yes, please! The room was spacious and super cozy!
Had a bit of a situation with a cockroach, and the vibes felt off when I got locked out after my complaint. Still, gotta admire the views and the pool area, bright side vibes!

I booked the hotel for my son with family. They got the baby bed which I asked for! The room was very clean with all facilities you need for a family stay!
The heater was very noisy and had not really warmed up the room. Otherwise it was unusual cold for the season (3-4 degreeC by night).

Room was clean. We had q big courtyard room with fridge and microwave. Price was good. Bed was comfortable. The gentleman was pleasant.
Pillows were old and poor. Pool and hot tub closed at 5pm way too early for people who like to enjoy a hottub before bed. Should not advertise breakfast. "Continental" offerings maybe. The lady was either very timid or did not speak English well enough.
